Xiangtan Hengxin Industrial Co.,Ltd.is a coal mine electromechanical equipment manufacturing enterprise,mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of overhead passenger devices(commonly known as"monkey cars")in coal mines.It is a national high-tech enterprise and a"dual soft"enterprise.Compared to the companies that are reporting today,we belong to small businesses.But small businesses can also do big things-our second-generation monkey car,also known as hydraulic monkey car,broke the monopoly of foreign products on the Chinese market and completely replaced imports.Therefore,we won the"Third Prize for Science and Technology Progress in Hunan Province in 2012"and the"Silver Award at the 2011 National Invention Exhibition".I myself won the 7th National Invention and Entrepreneurship Award in 2012,and I am the only one in the province to win this honor,Received a warm reception from Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress,Lu Yongxiang.This is our honor as a private small and medium-sized enterprise.
In the late 1990s,I resigned from my job at the state-owned arms factory and founded Xiangtan Hengxin Company,starting to work in construction and installation engineering.Because of the good quality and reputation of construction and installation,the company's efficiency is getting better and better,which has enabled me to earn my first bucket of gold since going abroad,but I always feel that it is not my pursuit.
With the rapid development of China's national economy,the demand for energy has surged.Therefore,the prerequisite is to increase production capacity and ensure safe production.So in 2003,the organization conducted research and ultimately determined that the research and development product was the monkey car.The monkey car is a transportation tool used for transporting miners up and down inclined shafts underground in coal mines.Similar to the situation of many early-stage enterprises,the market brand awareness was not high at the beginning of entrepreneurship,the technical strength was not strong,and the equipment and site were limited.At that time,Hengxin was a small factory with a single product variety and only over 60 employees.But as the chairman and general manager,I must overcome these difficulties one by one:my technical strength is not strong,and he hires high paying mechanical and electrical professionals for technical research and development,and personally leads technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections in the mine;The brand awareness in the market is not high.From 2004 to 2007,I spent nearly 200 days traveling to major coal producing areas such as Southwest,South China,and Northeast with product brochures every year.While promoting the market,I also provided technical services.It was during these years that Xiangtan Hengxin gained a foothold in the market,and its monkey car technology also surpassed its peers,establishing a good reputation and reputation in the market.But I have a characteristic:I like to constantly innovate,constantly innovate,and strive to be stronger than others.
One day in 2007,I visited a client and they told me that they had installed a hydraulic monkey truck imported from abroad in our mine.The equipment ran smoothly and the ride was very comfortable,but the driving part was large in size and expensive,It would be great if there were also domestic manufacturers of monkey cars that could produce hydraulic monkey cars(foreign manufacturers include German company Beck,whose high configuration monkey car drive devices are all hydraulic driven,but their hydraulic drive systems are open,bulky,and very expensive.Generally,small and medium-sized coal mines cannot afford or install this behemoth).So,I took the customer's words to heart and immediately organized a discussion with technical personnel upon returning to the company,and established a hydraulic monkey car project team led by me.I must develop hydraulic monkey cars suitable for coal mines in China.
As the saying goes,separated by mountains,hydraulic technology is a brand new challenge for our personnel engaged in mechanical technology research and development.Firstly,we recruit hydraulic technology talents with high salaries and hire professors from Central South University to provide on-site training in the company,enabling hydraulic technology talents to grow rapidly and laying a talent foundation for the development of hydraulic monkey cars.There is no hydraulic monkey car manufacturer in China,and it is impossible to obtain technical information in this area.Therefore,we can only rely on our own experimental data.In 2008,we invested more than 2 million yuan to establish a domestic hydraulic monkey car experimental line that operates under simulated working conditions.This experimental line provides basic data for the research and development of hydraulic monkey cars.
After more than a year of research and development and trial production,the key technology of the hydraulic monkey car has been overcome.In order to protect the hard work of research and development,I have organized a dedicated person to carry out patent application work.In this regard,my awareness is strong and advanced.We must ensure that the product is not moved and the patent is applied first.At present,this technological achievement has obtained 1 PCT international patent,4 invention patents,17 utility model patents,and 3 appearance patents.And applied for provincial-level scientific and technological appraisal,the appraisal conclusion is:filling the domestic gap,and the technology is at the international advanced level.We have also obtained safety certification for 23 models of mining products in two major series,and have been listed as a key science and technology plan project at the provincial and municipal levels.This year,we have been awarded a major science and technology achievement transformation project by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.
The hydraulic monkey car has been produced,but it does not mean it has been purchased because coal mine users cannot fully accept hydraulic drive,which has been affected by immature technology and frequent malfunctions of hydraulic winches.In order to promote hydraulic monkey cars,a good way is to gain recognition from customers.Therefore,I conducted targeted visits to customers multiple times and invited them to visit the company to inspect the hydraulic monkey car experimental line.Finally,one customer was willing to try our company's hydraulic monkey car,provided that only the alleyways for installing the hydraulic monkey car were provided,and everything else was the responsibility of our company.The processing and installation period was a total of 2 months,Payment will only be made after six months of equipment operation without any faults.Otherwise,no money will be given.In the face of such harsh conditions,I am confident that after signing an agreement with the customer,I will immediately organize a team of people to surprise the design,production and installation,and I will personally supervise the key points of design,production and installation.In order to ensure product quality and shorten the construction period,I often go to the well early,go to the well at night,eat Mantou when hungry,and drink cold water when thirsty.After more than a month of"hard work",Successfully delivered the hydraulic monkey car to the customer for use,with a shortened construction period of 10 days compared to expectations.During the acceptance inspection of the hydraulic monkey car,the customer held my hand and said,"I didn't expect you to really accomplish what we thought was impossible.Finally,our country's hydraulic monkey car is no longer imported.".
Through this incident,our company's hydraulic monkey cars have been accepted by a large number of customers.Currently,more than 100 sets of hydraulic monkey cars are operating underground in various coal mines.
In a bidding process for an equipment project in a coal industry group in Shanxi,the bidding documents required that the driving of the monkey car be mechanical.However,our company's technical personnel carefully studied the parameters and technical requirements in the bidding documents when making the plan,and found that out of a total of 5 monkey cars,3 of them had long lines,slopes,heavy loads,and large transportation volumes.Using mechanical driving for the monkey car would cause slipping,inability to continuously adjust speed,and unstable starting As a result,it poses hidden dangers to the personal safety of miners.Therefore,we raised the above issues to the bidding company and coal industry group,which aroused their high attention and invited us to give a special lecture on the technology and advantages of hydraulic monkey cars.At the same time,in order for customers to have a more intuitive understanding of hydraulic monkey cars,we invited them to conduct on-site inspections in coal mines where hydraulic monkey cars have been installed.After discussion between both parties,Decided to change the drive of three of the monkey cars to hydraulic drive.Therefore,in market competition,only innovation is competitive.Currently,our company is a manufacturer in China that designs,manufactures,and sells hydraulic monkey cars.
