After the safety activity months in May and June,Xiangtan Hengxin organized a unique product knowledge popularization activity in July and August.The main purpose is to enhance the understanding of the company's products among all employees,comprehensively implement the company's safety management concept of"safety is life,life is above everything"from multiple aspects such as basic theory,product design,manufacturing,inspection,installation,etc.,and further ensure the safety of employees and the vast number of miners.
Product knowledge competition activities are divided into three categories based on the nature of employee work:production,technology,and office management.Each category of employees is required to participate in product knowledge training,theoretical and practical exams,and product knowledge quizzes.The company awards first,second,and third prizes to teams and individuals who perform well in product knowledge exams and quizzes,and rewards them with 200-600 yuan.
After the event,employees expressed that by carrying out this activity,they have gained a new understanding of product safety and a deep understanding of the significant responsibility for safety.In the future,they will also integrate product safety into every job position.
Xiangtan Hengxin not only focuses on product safety production management within the company,but also takes a series of measures such as regularly holding product safety operation technical exchange meetings,telephone follow-up,on-site inspections,mailing product operation warning materials,and sending product safety operation reminder messages to enhance customer attention to product safety operation,in order to jointly ensure the safety of miners.
