In order to cultivate high-quality talents,establish long-term human resource supply and demand cooperation,and drive deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in industry,academia,and research,Xiangtan Hengxin and Hunan National Defense Vocational College jointly held the first Hengxin Cup Industrial Design Competition from October 19th to October 24th,consisting of poster design and CAD mechanical drawing with personnel recruitment as the theme.
More than 120 people actively participated in this industrial design competition,including more than 60 people each participating in CAD mechanical drawing and poster design competitions.The CAD mechanical drawing competition will be held on-site at two venues,Xiangtan Hengxin and Hunan National Defense Vocational College.The poster design competition will involve participants sending their design works to designated email addresses for selection.
Finally,a panel of judges composed of Xiangtan Hengxin and Hunan National Defense Vocational College conducted strict selection,and CAD mechanical drawing ultimately won two first prizes and three second prizes.One first prize,two second prizes,and one third prize will be selected for poster design.Rewards of 500 yuan/person for the first prize,300 yuan/person for the second prize,and 100 yuan/person for the third prize will be given respectively.
Through this competition,communication and interaction between schools and enterprises have been strengthened,and both sides have achieved a win-win situation in talent cultivation and employment.

Cooperation between Xiangtan Hengxin and Hunan National Defense Vocational College
1. In 2011, Hengxin Class was established at Hunan National Defense Vocational College.
2. In July 2015, Xiangtan Hengxin donated 500000 yuan to Hunan National Defense Vocational College to establish the "Fair Scholarship".
3. Hunan National Defense Vocational College has established a "Teacher Enterprise Workstation" and a "Training Base" in Hengxin, Xiangtan.
4. In September 2019, Xiangtan Hengxin signed a Talent Targeted Training Agreement with Hunan National Defense Vocational College.
