[Xiangtan Hengxin] held a meeting to promote intellectual property rights protection

  On November 17,[Xiangtan Hengxin]intellectual property work quality promotion meeting was held in conference room 1.The meeting was chaired by xiaopingping,chairman of the company,and attended by heads of Intellectual Property Office,legal department,technology department,sales department,customer service department and other departments.
  At the meeting,chairman Xiao Pingping made an intellectual property work deployment combining internal system improvement with external rights protection actions in view of the vicious competition in the current market of mining overhead passenger device manufacturing enterprises in the form of intellectual property infringement and ignoring legal constraints,aiming to effectively crack down on infringement through legal means,maintain market order,and ultimately provide customers with high-quality and safe products.
  [Xiangtan Hengxin]has strengthened the action of intellectual property rights protection.Through six years'efforts,it has successfully completed more than 20 times of intellectual property rights protection.It indicted two employees,Mr.Zhu and Mr.Li,for their job hopping to a peer enterprise(Yangzhou best),and was convicted of infringing[Xiangtan Hengxin]trade secrets.This case was listed in one of the"judicial protection of intellectual property rights in Hunan courts and ten typical cases"in 2015.
