On December 19-20,2020,the second on-site discussion meeting was held at the Xiangtan Hengxin Internet of Things Control Center to formulate the industry standard"Design Specification for Underground Aerial Passenger Devices in Coal Mines"(hereinafter referred to as"Design Specification").A total of 17 units,including the safety standard formulation unit National Mining Product Safety Mark Center Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Coal Technology Testing Technology Co.,Ltd.,Changsha Mining Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,middling coal Science and Engineering Chongqing Design and Research Institute(Group)Co.,Ltd.and[Xiangtan Hengxin],attended the meeting.
According to the division of labor at the standard formulation kickoff meeting held in August this year,five units worked together for over four months to form the first draft of the Design Specification.This meeting is aimed at discussing the content of the first draft of the Design Specification item by item.During the meeting,representatives actively expressed their opinions.
At the meeting,Yang Daming,Deputy General Manager of the National Safety Standards Center,requested all units to conduct sufficient research,discussion,and improvement on the first draft of the Design Specification after the meeting,in order to make sufficient preparations for the subsequent discussion meeting.At the same time,he emphasized that industry standards need to be developed around the requirements of standardizing the design of overhead passenger devices in coal mines,applying new technological development directions,etc.The standards need to have high guidance and foresight.
Chairman Xiao Pingping of Xiangtan Hengxin stated at the meeting that as the leading unit for the formulation of industry standards,Xiangtan Hengxin will fulfill its responsibilities,actively organize and promote the formulation of standards,and complete the"Standard Project Plan"issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management with high quality.
