In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in various positions,and complete production and operation tasks with quality and quantity,Xiangtan Hengxin has launched a labor competition activity.
This event mainly focuses on the key indicators of production and operation,which are divided into the same type of work(position),the same region,or different regions.Each department will conduct monthly evaluations based on the competition content,or conduct skill competitions for all employees.The company has a total of 24 awards,and skill based competitions are evaluated according to the evaluation rules specified by the competition organization department,with the top three winners selected each time.
After evaluation by various departments,a total of 13 winners of labor competition awards were selected in August.The award ceremony for the labor competition event was held on October 7th,during which the responsible leaders of each system presented certificates and bonuses to the winners.
