In order to deeply explore and establish the benchmark of advanced figures in the enterprise,and promote Hengxin's excellent"four product"culture.On the afternoon of October 7,2021,at 3:30 pm,all employees of Xiangtan Hengxin gathered in the conference room on the third floor to hold a speech competition titled"Practicing the Four Quality Cultural Concept and Learning from the deeds of Advanced Figures".
This speech competition was recommended by various systems,with a total of 12 participants from 7 systems participating.The story content of the speech was based on the"four qualities"(character,product,quality,brand)of good people and good deeds.The speakers used simple language and sincere emotions to tell everyone about the outstanding deeds of the protagonist in the story,and the audience occasionally applauded.
This speech competition was rated by the company's leadership judges and all employees on site through WeChat voting.Finally,the production system selected"Independently Developed Fixtures to Improve Work Efficiency"and won the first prize.According to the ranking of scores,two second prizes and three third prizes were awarded.
