  Introduction to the"Hydraulic Monkey Car"Speed Control Technology Project
  Project background:
  Due to the traditional hydraulic driven overhead passenger device(commonly known as"hydraulic monkey car"),the pilot pressure is adjusted through an explosion-proof proportional valve to achieve a change in the displacement of the variable pump and change the output flow rate for speed regulation.After more than ten years of application,the company has found that the main problem with hydraulic monkey cars is the unstable operating speed of the equipment or the inability of the equipment to start and stop normally due to the failure of the explosion-proof proportional valve.Therefore,the company has been conducting market research since July 2019.After three months of research,the company established a QC team for liquid control technology in October 2019 to determine innovative solutions.In November 2019,the company began working on structural design,applied for intellectual property protection in December 2019,started producing prototypes in January 2020,conducted on-site prototype testing and verification from March to July 2020,and invited customers to conduct on-site testing and verification from August to December 2020,Standardization of production materials from February to March 2021.
  Technical features:
  The innovative"Hydraulic Monkey Car Non Electric Mode Acceleration and Deceleration Control Technology"by the QC team of hydraulic control technology mainly monitors hydraulic system related data through hydraulic testers.The design of the hydraulic speed control system is based on the control pressure of the bidirectional variable pump,which is 0.4-1.6 Mpa.The pressure oil of the speed control system is taken from the makeup oil pump;Adjust the pressure through the damping valve and then through the relief valve.When the solenoid valve is energized,pressure oil supplies oil to both the accumulator and the pilot control port Y1 of the bidirectional variable oil pump.When the pressure oil compresses the accumulator,it slowly rises to achieve the characteristic of soft start;When parking,the solenoid valve is powered off,and the pressure oil slowly returns to the oil tank through the damping valve,achieving the characteristic of soft parking.
  At present,hydraulic monkey cars mainly use explosion-proof proportional valve speed regulation,which is greatly affected by system cleanliness and electrical control system,and the stability of the product is poor;The hydraulic monkey car that does not use explosion-proof proportional valve speed regulation has a very short acceleration and deceleration process(start stop time within 5 seconds),which cannot achieve the purpose of soft start and soft stop,and the customer's comfort and riding safety are relatively low.The non electric mode acceleration and deceleration control technology solves the problems of the above two hydraulic monkey cars,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
  Implementation effect:
  The non electric mode acceleration and deceleration control technology of the hydraulic monkey car has a simple control system,reduces product failure rate,and reduces after-sales costs for the company's customer service department.
  Canceling the explosion-proof proportional valve eliminates the need for customized or special procurement of hydraulic components,saving the company's procurement costs.
  Reduce customer maintenance requirements and labor costs,in line with the current goal of reducing manpower through mining mechanization.
  The overhead passenger device can adapt to harsh mining conditions and enhance product adaptability.
  ●Factory testing and on-site installation and use of two hydraulic stations within the company,with adjustable pilot pressure between 0.4MPa and 1.6MPa and adjustable acceleration and deceleration time between 10s and 25s,meeting the set target requirements;During normal operation,the operating speed value V is controlled within±5%,and the stability is significantly improved.
  Project achievements:
  Authorized 3 patents,including 1 invention patent,2 utility model patents,1 published paper,and 1 registered scientific and technological achievement.
  The monkey car driving device adopts non electric mode acceleration and deceleration control technology,which is the first in the industry,filling the domestic gap and replacing the traditional explosion-proof proportional valve speed control method.
  The use of non electric mode acceleration and deceleration control technology in hydraulic monkey cars has improved the market competitiveness of our company's products,with annual sales of hydraulic monkey cars accounting for about 50%of the company's total sales.
