On November 26th,Xiangtan Hengxin signed a Modern Apprenticeship Class Agreement with Hunan National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College(hereinafter referred to as"Hunan National Defense Vocational College").Xiao Pingping,Chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin,and Shen Jin,Vice President of Hunan National Defense Vocational College,attended the signing ceremony.
The modern apprenticeship program signed this time mainly utilizes the complementary advantages of enterprises and colleges to cultivate high-quality talents with professional skills and craftsmanship spirit.After signing the contract,both Hunan National Defense Vocational College and Xiangtan Hengxin launched a licensing ceremony.Hunan National Defense Vocational College established a modern apprenticeship pilot unit education base and a teacher enterprise workstation in Xiangtan Hengxin,and hired six senior technical and management personnel from Xiangtan Hengxin as part-time teachers of Hunan National Defense Vocational College.
Xiangtan Hengxin and Hunan National Defense Vocational College have been engaged in industry university research cooperation for 10 years,and both sides have achieved good results.We look forward to further forms of cooperation to achieve a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises.
