The Municipal Government Holds a Coordination Meeting for Hengxin's Listing Work

  On July 19th,a coordination meeting on the listing of Hengxin was held in the conference room of Xiangtan Hengxin,presided over by the Financial Office of Shaoshan City.Leaders of various functional units of Shaoshan City Government,Chairman Xiao Pingping of Xiangtan Hengxin,CFO Hu Miaoxin,and relevant leaders of listing guidance institutions attended the meeting.Vice Mayor Yu Lei of Shaoshan City attended the meeting and supervised the work on site.
  At the meeting,Chairman Xiao reported to Vice Mayor Yu on the planning and progress of the company's listing,and requested diagnosis and guidance from relevant government functional units on the current compliance management of the company in personnel,taxation,fire protection and other aspects,as well as the procedures for stock reform.
  Subsequently,the heads of various functional units answered the requirements raised by Xiangtan Hengxin one by one,affirmed Hengxin's management achievements in various aspects,proposed rectification suggestions for individual areas that needed improvement,and expressed full cooperation and service to the enterprise to do a good job in all aspects.
  Vice Mayor Yu emphasized that Xiangtan Hengxin is the first local enterprise to launch a listing in Shaoshan City.In order to promote the successful listing of the enterprise,various functional units of the Shaoshan City government will further provide precise services and actively connect,further consolidate responsibilities,and solve problems.
