Hengxin Co., Ltd. won the QC Achievement Award

  On November 18th,at the 43rd Excellent Quality Management Group Activity Commendation Conference in Hunan Province,three QC groups of Xiangtan Hengxin Industrial Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Hengxin Co.,Ltd.)won the"Hunan Province Excellent Quality Management Group"award,and two technologies won the first prize of the"Hunan Province Third Quality Innovation Competition".Quality Director Liu Dan was awarded the"Hunan Province Quality Management Group Activity Excellent Leader"
  For many years,Hengxin Group has continuously promoted comprehensive quality management,actively carried out quality management group activities,and achieved fruitful quality results.In the past 23 years,there have been no major product safety accidents caused by quality issues,and we have won the 6th Hunan Provincial Governor's Quality Award.We have also been awarded the National Market Quality Credit AAA User Satisfaction Benchmark Enterprise and the Industrial Quality Benchmark of Hunan Province.In the past three years,7 QC teams of Hengxin Group have won the Provincial Excellent Quality Management Group,and all 3 technology awards have won the Provincial Quality Innovation First Prize.The results of three QC teams have won two first prizes and one second prize in the province.

  Mining Digital Leakage Communication Technology
  The mine leakage communication system is a wireless communication device that realizes voice intercom and control functions in coal mine tunnels.It mainly consists of a base station,handheld device,repeater,power supply,and leakage cable.It is a wireless communication control system that must be used in conjunction with transportation equipment such as mining shuttle cars,rail cars,and monorail cranes.
  The existing leakage communication system in coal mines in our country adopts analog signal FM frequency modulation method,which has the following technical problems:
  1.Easily affected by electromagnetic interference in the environment,resulting in unclear intercom voice;
  2.Wireless transmission and reception always occupy the channel frequency,and can only perform one task separately at the same time,that is,control data cannot be transmitted during intercom,and control data cannot be transmitted during intercom;
  3.The data signal of analog FM frequency modulation adopts DTMF dual audio transmission,which has low transmission efficiency,small data volume,and weak system scalability.
  Through nearly a year of research by Hengxin Co.,Ltd.,the above technical problems have been successfully overcome,and the system has passed national safety certification and customer on-site use.The digital leakage communication technology parameters and functions meet the design indicators and customer usage requirements.
  The leakage communication system using digital leakage communication technology has advantages such as strong anti-interference ability,low failure rate,easy debugging and maintenance.It not only reduces the manufacturing cost of enterprises,but also reduces customer procurement and maintenance costs.This technology has applied for 2 utility model patents and 1 software copyright.
