Our Women's Federation carries out auxiliary activities for female workers

  Our Women's Federation launched a women's work group support activity.In order to effectively strengthen the psychological health protection of female employees and help them relieve psychological pressure,on December 15th,the Women's Federation of Hengxin Co.,Ltd.,in conjunction with the Xiangtan City Federation of Trade Unions,invited Ms.Xia,a national second level psychological counselor,to enter the enterprise and carry out a"release pressure,release the soul"group support activity for the company's female workers.
  The activity kicked off with an interesting self introduction.Subsequently,24 female workers from various departments of Hengxin Group,led by Teacher Xia,embarked on a three hour journey of spiritual release,guiding them to relieve psychological pressure through activities such as"intimate love"and"heart lamp wishes".
  After the event,each female worker expressed that it was very meaningful and that they gained a lot from participating in it.They will face challenges in life and work with a healthier,more optimistic,and positive attitude in the future.
