  Influenced by the epidemic,our service team was greatly hindered.Every time we arrived at a customer's site for service,we experienced a 5-7 day isolation period,some even half a month long isolation period.Most after-sales engineers felt unwell after"Yang",which led to lower service efficiency than before.After"Yang",the installation progress of the mine's installers was slow,leading to difficulties such as increased service costs of[Hengxin Shares]
  Realistic difficulties have not stopped our enthusiasm for service.We always keep the concept of"customer first"in mind.When we received letters of praise and thanks from customers all over the country,every member of our after-sales team was happy and proud,and our hard work was recognized by customers,and everything was worth it.At the same time,we are very grateful to our customers for their recognition of Hengxin Shares,so that we are confident that we will do a better service in the coming year.
