Notice on Publishing the First Batch List of Enterprises under the "Entrepreneurship" Plan and the "Little Giant" Plan in Hunan Province

The implementation of the"Entrepreneurship"plan and the"Little Giant"plan is an important means of implementing the gradient support development strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises.It is of great significance to guide small and medium-sized enterprises in the province to effectively enter the scientific development track,follow the development path of"specialization,refinement,uniqueness,and novelty",promote enterprise transformation and upgrading,improve overall quality,and become bigger and stronger.According to the"Central Committee for Economic and Information Technology"issued by the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology
The selection criteria and procedures for the"Small Enterprise Entrepreneurship"Plan and the"Little Giant"Plan have determined 275 enterprises as the first batch of"Entrepreneurship"Plan enterprises in Hunan Province,and 178 enterprises as the first batch of"Little Giant"Plan enterprises after adjustment,
It is now announced.
All levels of economic commissions and economic(industrial)bureaus should attach great importance to the cultivation and support of enterprises under the"Entrepreneurship"and"Little Giant"plans,making planned enterprises a key focus of local cultivation and support.Priority should be given to support in production factor coordination,special fund arrangement,loan guarantee,social services,etc.,providing high-quality services,and creating a good external environment for planned enterprises.Each planned enterprise should accelerate its institutional innovation,technological innovation,and management innovation,strive to become stronger,better,and larger as soon as possible,fully play a demonstrative role,drive the good and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province,and contribute to the new industrialization of Hunan.
