  On April 14,2012,Mr.Chen Tongbao,Director of the National Safety Production Shanghai Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Center and Shanghai Research Institute of China Coal Science and Industry Group,visited Xiangtan Hengxin to inspect and guide the work.
