Since the establishment of"Xiangtan Hengxin",the company's leaders have attached great importance to the construction of safety and civilization,proposing the safety concept of"safety is life,life is everything".They have always adhered to the management method of institutionalization,standardization,customization,and standardization,and have done a good job in safety management on the production site.In 2011,they were even awarded the title of"Hunan Province Safety Production Standardization Second Level Enterprise(Machinery)".
At the beginning of the year,the company held multiple safety meetings,focusing on four safety aspects:production safety,product safety,life safety,and property safety.Propose to actively create high-quality products,carry out safety management work from system construction,responsibility implementation,facility improvement,and adequate supervision,and shift the focus of safety work from system construction to system implementation and responsibility implementation.While carrying out basic safety education and hazard investigation for personnel,efforts are being made to enhance personnel safety awareness and create a safe production atmosphere.The work is mainly carried out from the following aspects:
Firstly,the organization held its first work conference in 2012,requiring all departments to do a good job in uploading and issuing tasks,and to develop effective plans based on the work of each department to ensure that the spirit of various documents can truly be implemented.
Secondly,formulate and improve various systems,plans,plans,and contingency plans to ensure that daily work is organized and traceable.
The company has jointly formulated the Outline of the Target Responsibility System for Business Production and Management Work.Based on the actual situation of each department,department heads have respectively formulated the Department Job Responsibility System and the Department Job Assessment Method.
Based on the allocation of safety management personnel,a new safety inspection system has been established,which stipulates that safety officers shall conduct safety inspections at least once a day and relevant management personnel shall conduct safety and civilized inspections at least once a week.
Thirdly,we should focus on three-level safety education and ensure that entry into the factory is properly controlled.For new personnel entering the factory,the Equipment Safety Department will make reasonable arrangements,concentrate on conducting three-level safety education and training,and timely carry out special training.Provide re education to those who fail the exam.
Fourthly,organize the Equipment Safety Department to conduct safety inspections on rotating equipment and lifting equipment,learn equipment safety operating procedures,and provide training on equipment maintenance and upkeep.And organize each team to conduct centralized mechanical inspection and maintenance work.
Fifth,carry out special inspections on electricity and gas usage.At the same time,in daily safety inspections,protection and grounding during the use of tools should be the focus of inspection.In order to prevent accidents such as overloading,leakage,and electric shock,gas equipment should be inspected for the reliability of gas cylinders,hoses,joints,and valves,and there should be no leakage.Pressure gauges,safety valves,and flashback preventers should be regularly inspected.
Sixth,carry out overall safety and civilization planning activities on the production site,plan the placement of equipment and materials on the site,hang safety propaganda banners,post safety themed slogans,and hang various safety propaganda posters.
Seventh,do a good job in on-site fire protection work.In order to achieve a combination of prevention and control,with prevention as the main focus,we will strengthen on-site inspections and hidden danger investigations.On the other hand,we will increase investment in firefighting,install fire extinguishing equipment,and prepare for emergency prevention.At the same time,fire safety education should be carried out for production personnel to enhance their awareness of fire prevention and ensure safe production.
Eighth,send safety reminders through group SMS.The company has established a SMS platform to send different security messages according to the target audience.For all employees of the company,automatic sending of safety reminders for commuting on Saturdays and safety production reminders on Mondays;For the company's customers and external sales and after-sales personnel,weekly product operation safety reminders and personal safety reminders are sent.
Finally,do a good job in organizing and archiving safety materials such as safety education exams,product safety analysis meetings,quality and safety meetings,training records,various regular meetings,weekly(monthly,quarterly)inspection records,various ledgers,superior document learning records,various safety plans,various safety systems,safety photos,etc.
