On August 28th,with the joint efforts of all colleagues in the company and under the leadership of the general manager,the subsidiary Shaoshan Hengwang Electric Co.,Ltd.went through stages such as document writing,record organization,on-site rectification,internal audit,and external audit.After more than half a year of effort,the company finally successfully passed the ISO9000 quality system certification,and Xiangtan Hengxin also successfully passed the re audit.
Since the beginning of this year,the subsidiary Shaoshan Hengwang has fully implemented the ISO9000 quality management system.Through the determination of the quality policy,the implementation of quality objectives,and the implementation of quality responsibilities,it has continuously improved its awareness of customer focus,linked the goals of the system and department with customer needs and expectations,and clarified the relationship between customer satisfaction and the responsibilities of the department and position.
The company's quality manual has established procedural documents in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9000 standard and has been fully implemented and continuously improved.
