Xiangtan Hengxin has been independently developing"shuttle cars"since 2012.In October 2013,it obtained a total of 19 safety certification certificates for five series and officially put them into production in late October 2013.So far,one sales contract has been signed(already shipped)and one has been awarded the bid.
