Xiangtan Hengxin was established on May 21,1999,with its registered address in Nanzhushan Town,Yuhu District,Xiangtan City.In the early stages of entrepreneurship,the company rented its office address in a three bedroom,one living room residential building on Minzhu Road in Xiangtan City.In 2000,moved to Building 3,Xingfu Building,Dahu South Road,Xiangtan City;In 2004 and 2006,they relocated to Jiangnan Jian'an Company and Jiangnan Transportation Company in Nanzhushan Town,respectively.
In order to adapt to the rapid development of the company,the company started construction of a processing base in the High tech Development Zone of Shaoshan City on April 8,2008.On December 18 of the same year,it moved to the High tech Development Zone of Shaoshan City and officially started production.Despite going through hardships,I have never forgotten my entrepreneurial aspirations:Hengxin sets sail smoothly,and my career prospers and develops;Leading the industry in intelligent manufacturing and establishing a national brand!
The first five years from May 21,1999 to April 2004
The company has been engaged in construction and installation engineering for the first five years and has a D1 level(1.57MPa)boiler installation(maintenance)license;The installation permit for Class B pressure vessels(10Pa)and pressure pipelines(1.6MPa),as well as obtaining these two higher level certificates,was unprecedented among private enterprises in the province at that time.Within five years,I mainly engaged in the design and installation of petroleum liquefied gas station engineering,gas engineering,industrial central air conditioning engineering,large cold storage engineering,non-standard mechanical equipment design and manufacturing,industrial and civil construction engineering(affiliated business),and completed a considerable amount of entrepreneurial accumulation.
Its typical engineering projects include Toshiba's liquefied gas station in Japan,Baijiang Gas Engineering,Taiwan Wangwang Liquefied Gas Engineering,Longping High tech Large Cold Storage,Electrolux Low Temperature-40℃Test Cold Storage,Electrolux Boiler Engineering,etc.Its special engineering construction level is well-known both domestically and internationally.
The second five-year period from April 2004 to April 2009
The company is mainly engaged in mining machinery manufacturing business,which is a stage of adjusting the industrial structure and entering a stage of accelerated development.
For high-end"monkey cars",there are only hydraulic driven"monkey cars"imported from Germany in the domestic market,and their technology has always been monopolized by German manufacturers,with high prices and difficult supply of accessories.The company dares to take the lead and leads a technical team to collaborate with Central South University to develop a hydraulic driven"monkey car".In 2008,the prototype of the hydraulic driven"monkey car"was successfully developed and put into use.After 5 years of reliable operation of over 200 units,hydraulic"monkey cars"have become the preferred product for high-end customers in mining enterprises.The company has also become the only domestic manufacturer to research and manufacture hydraulic"monkey cars",and since then,imported hydraulic"monkey cars"from abroad can no longer enter the Chinese market.
At this point,the company has established a platform for brand strategy of"industry intelligence and Chinese creation".In 2008,the company also began to become the largest"monkey car"manufacturer in the country,establishing the industry's first brand"Xiangtan Hengxin".
The third five-year period from April 2009 to April 2014
Since the company's sales orders crossed the 100 million yuan mark in 2009,they have grown at a rate of about 30%annually.By 2013,sales orders had reached 210 million yuan.
In 2010,Xiangtan Hengxin,which had made significant progress in the domestic market,began to enter the international market.So far,the company's products have been exported to Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia,Vietnam,and India.
The new product-coal mine endless rope continuous tractor(commonly known as"shuttle car")was officially launched on the market in October 2013.
More new products(such as the third-generation"Monkey Car")are actively brewing and ready to be launched!
