The "Hengxin" shuttle car has been successfully delivered to African customers and runs smoothly

  On March 14,2017,the Xiangtan Hengxin endless rope continuous tractor(commonly known as"shuttle car")equipment arrived at the installation site in Kenya,Africa.To ensure the smooth installation,debugging,and operation of the equipment,Xiangtan Hengxin has dispatched two senior engineers to the site,providing 24-hour comprehensive technical support and support.Finally,it took nearly 30 days to complete the equipment installation and the trial operation was normal.This is another overseas market opened up after the export of aerial passenger devices(commonly known as"monkey cars")to countries such as Indonesia and Vietnam.
  The company has the first provincial-level underground passenger equipment engineering technology center in China and the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.More than 50 engineers from the center have been engaged in the research and development of underground mining equipment for a long time.Since the independent research and development of endless rope continuous tractor(commonly known as"shuttle car")in 2012,a total of 28 models have obtained non coal mine safety sign certification and 37 models have obtained coal mine safety sign certification,making it the manufacturer with the most comprehensive certification in the industry.We have also successfully developed the second generation of"monkey cars"-intelligent hydraulic driven overhead passenger devices,the third generation of"monkey cars"-rope traction track overhead passenger devices,and mining auxiliary transportation products such as mining broadcasting devices.

  The hydraulic drive system for the aerial passenger device(commonly known as the"hydraulic monkey car")has passed the scientific and technological appraisal of the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology,and the conclusion is to fill the domestic gap and achieve the international advanced level in technology.Listed as a key transformation project for scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China,and promoted for application.

  Pioneered in the development and application of axle breakage protection technology for overhead passenger devices,and has obtained an invention patent.
  We have taken the lead in developing online monitoring and alarm protection technology for steel wire ropes used in overhead passenger devices.When the broken wire of the steel wire rope reaches the scrap standard(10%)specified in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the overhead passenger device cannot be started and operated.
  The hydraulic station for the wheel brake is equipped with a dual pump and dual motor system,achieving one in use and one backup.

  Passive braking technology for shuttle cars:When the shuttle car exceeds the speed limit severely,the shuttle car will automatically perform track holding braking,and the main motor will automatically stop to ensure safety.
  Detection and alarm parking technology for steel wire rope falling off the slope at the current slope change point:When the steel wire rope falls off the slope at the current slope change point,the motor automatically loses power and stops.
  Slope change point anti detachment rope technology:can effectively prevent the steel wire rope from falling off the track at the downhill slope change point.
  ★Rope traction track type overhead passenger device
