Introduction to the"Monkey Car"IoT Project
In 2016,Xiangtan Hengxin,as the only domestic manufacturer of overhead passenger devices,participated in the pilot construction project of the Internet of Things system for important coal mine equipment supervision organized by the Planning and Technology Department of the State Administration of Work Safety and the National Mining Product Safety Mark Center.Responsible for real-time online monitoring of the operation of overhead passenger devices,deep data mining and system analysis,and integration with the security cloud platform.
This project has been successfully piloted in Henan Pingmei Group and Shanxi Jinmei Group.Real time data monitoring and analysis,remote monitoring,and expert diagnosis of underground overhead passenger devices are carried out at the Xiangtan Hengxin Internet of Things Center,and the data is synchronously uploaded to the cloud platform of the National Safety Standards Center to achieve safety supervision of the entire life cycle of overhead passenger devices.
