On the afternoon of April 13th,Xiangtan Hengxin successfully passed the acceptance inspection for the 100 patent conversion"endless rope continuous tractor"project in Hunan Province.
The acceptance meeting was chaired by the Xiangtan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology,with the participation of five experts including the leaders of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Zhou Zhixiong from Hunan University.Prior to the meeting,the experts inspected the Xiangtan Hengxin endless rope continuous traction vehicle test line and brake shuttle car products.At the meeting,Yang Jian,the manager of the company's rail transportation department,introduced the technical situation of the project and answered the questions raised by the experts,The final five experts unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.
The"Endless Rope Continuous Tractor"project mainly implements and transforms patented technologies such as"passive braking system for mining transportation equipment","braking device for rail transportation equipment","detection and protection device for downhill running rope of Endless Rope Continuous Tractor",and"alarm protection device for downhill running rope of Endless Rope Continuous Tractor".It adopts the installation of speed measuring wheels on the braking vehicle and is connected to the hydraulic control system for control,In the event of equipment overspeed,the automatic control braking device will act,gripping the ground track to achieve emergency braking without the need for power control,which is energy-saving,safe,and convenient.The slope changing point rope running alarm protection device designed in the project realizes automatic signal detection and shutdown protection of the steel wire rope when it leaves the supporting roller,and provides voice alarm,improving the intelligence of equipment safe operation.The horizontal hydraulic tensioning device developed in the project achieves real-time tensioning of the traction steel wire rope,ensuring constant tension of the traction steel wire rope,maintaining effective operation of the equipment with constant tension force,and improving equipment stability.During the transformation and implementation of the project,two new invention patents and two utility model patents have been applied for.
