From May 10th to 12th,the first National Technical Exchange Conference on Design of Mining Aerial Passenger Devices was successfully held in Shaoshan,Hunan.
This exchange meeting is hosted by Xiangtan Hengxin Industrial Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Xiangtan Hengxin")and organized by Hunan Provincial Underground Passenger Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center(hereinafter referred to as"Engineering Center").It comes from nearly 20 coal design institutes across the country More than 40 senior industry experts,including the National Safe Production Shanghai Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Center(hereinafter referred to as"Shanghai center")and Huainan Mining Group,participated in this industry technology exchange meeting.This exchange conference is the first time held in the national mining overhead passenger device(hereinafter referred to as"monkey car")industry,and can be regarded as a grand exchange event in the overhead passenger device industry.
On the morning of May 11th,more than 40 experts,accompanied by Chairman Xiao Pingping,General Manager Xiao Lianping,and Chief Engineer Ouyang Yang of Xiangtan Hengxin,visited the first generation monkey car(mechanical monkey car),second generation monkey car(hydraulic monkey car),third generation monkey car(track monkey car),shuttle car and other testing lines.Chairman Xiao introduced the"wire rope brake"and"wire rope broken rope catcher"to the experts by displaying the testing lines New technologies such as wire rope online detection and alarm system and IoT supervision platform have attracted high attention and discussion from experts,who unanimously believe that their safety and reliability are incomparable to traditional monkey cars.They also state that they will vigorously promote rail monkey cars in the future.Later,I visited the production and office site of Xiangtan Hengxin,as well as the Honor Exhibition Room.
Before the meeting,Chairman Xiao welcomed the participants and invited Director of Shanghai center Kingkin,Zhao Yubao,Deputy General Manager of Longmei Design Institute,and Cai Changli,Deputy General Manager of Huainan Mining Group as the safety standard review unit,representatives of the design institute,and user representatives to make speeches.Subsequently,engineers from the Engineering Center exchanged industry standard interpretations,product introductions,product selection and design with experts through PPT.
All attendees expressed that through this in-depth technical communication and exchange,not only has the technical complementarity between design units,manufacturing units,and user units been strengthened,but it will also promote technological innovation and development in the industry.They also expressed appreciation for the original intention of Xiangtan Hengxin to continuously strive for the benefit of miners.
