The Xiangtan Hengxin endless rope continuous tractor product won the"Green Recently"award.On behalf of the company,Ouyang Yang,the technical chief engineer of Xiangtan Hengxin,participated in the second(2019)China Green Mining Development Conference and the 2018 Green Mining Science and Technology Award Ceremony hosted by the Zhongguancun Green Mining Industry Alliance in Chongqing,with the theme of"green integration into mining development and technology promoting industrial upgrading".
Chief Engineer Ouyang participated in the Green Mining Technology Innovation Forum during the conference,during which he gave a comprehensive introduction to the new technology of Xiangtan Hengxin's"endless rope continuous tractor".He also discussed the future development direction of mining equipment with several mining technology research experts and enterprise representatives present.
At the meeting,the Zhongguancun Green Mining Industry Alliance presented the"Green Mining Science and Technology Award"to the award-winning units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to China's green mining industry.The endless rope continuous tractor product of Xiangtan Hengxin won the second prize.
The Xiangtan Hengxin endless rope continuous tractor product has innovated in areas such as"passive braking technology","anti stripping technology at slope changing points","rope dropping detection and alarm technology at slope changing points",and"horizontal hydraulic tensioning technology".It has obtained 8 authorized invention patents and 25 utility model patents.
1、Passive braking technology:It adopts the installation of a speed measuring wheel on the braking vehicle,which is connected to the hydraulic control system for control.In the event of equipment overspeed,it automatically controls the action of the braking device,clings to the ground track,and achieves emergency braking without the need for power control,which is energy-saving,safe,and convenient.
2、Slope change point anti detachment rope technology:It can effectively prevent the shuttle car from running rope when passing through the slope change point,ensuring the effective operation of the shuttle car.
3、Slope change point rope falling detection and alarm technology:It realizes automatic signal detection and shutdown protection of the steel wire rope when it leaves the supporting roller,and provides voice alarm,improving the intelligence of equipment safe operation.
4、Horizontal hydraulic tensioning technology:achieves real-time tensioning of the traction steel wire rope,ensuring constant tension of the traction steel wire rope.The constant tensioning force maintains the effective operation of the equipment,improves its stability,has a small structure,is not limited by space,and has a wide range of applications.
