On May 19,2023,Chen Jie,Secretary and Director of the Party Branch of the Provincial Government Supervision Office,and his delegation visited Hengxin Shares to inspect the work.Xiao Pingping,Chairman of Hengxin Shares,received Chen's delegation.
  Accompanied by Chairman Xiao,Secretary Chen and his delegation visited the Enterprise Honor Exhibition Hall,CNC Automation Production Line,Monorail Crane Test Area,and Mining Equipment Industrial Internet Intelligent Control Platform Control Center(hereinafter referred to as the"Internet of Things Center").Chairman Xiao reported to Director Chen and his team on the market situation of the monorail crane industry and the technological advantages of Hengxin Co.,Ltd.in the monorail crane experimental area.
  Subsequently,a symposium was held at the Internet of Things Center,where Chairman Xiao put forward suggestions on the skill assessment of industrial workers and the introduction of enterprise talents,and had in-depth exchanges with Secretary Chen.Secretary Chen stated that industrial workers are the main force in China's labor force and the backbone of innovation driven development.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a skill assessment system for industrial workers,He gave high recognition to Chairman Xiao's suggestion.
