  On May 27th,a research team led by Mayor Fu Jun of Xiangtan City visited Xiangtan Hengxin for safety production research.At the same time,they launched a"hundred thousand"enterprise assistance activity for Xiangtan Hengxin.Leaders from the Xiangtan Economic and Information Commission,State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,Transportation Management Department,Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,Shaoshan City Finance Bureau,Local Taxation Bureau,Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,Land and Resources Bureau,Housing and Construction Bureau,Transportation Bureau,and other leaders also participated in the research.
  [Xiangtan Hengxin]Chairman Mr.Xiao Gongping accompanied Mayor Fu Jun and the research team to visit the company's office and production sites,introduced the development of[Xiangtan Hengxin]in recent years,and the company's work in safety production,then the research team and the company's representatives had a discussion in the first conference room.At the symposium,the chairman reported to the research group on the difficulties faced by the company in transformation and upgrading,recruitment and retention,and corporate tax burden.After listening to the introduction and report,Mayor Fu Jun highly praised the achievements and successes of the company in management,scientific research,social responsibility,and other aspects.He organized various departments to discuss and analyze the difficulties and problems that need to be solved raised by Xiangtan Hengxin one by one,and proposed solutions for each problem.
  Since settling in Shaoshan High tech Zone in 2009,Xiangtan Hengxin has paid a total of 110 million yuan in taxes,obtained 183 intellectual property rights,52"monkey car"safety certificates,and 37"shuttle car"safety certificates.It is one of the key support and growth targets among the"hundred thousand"enterprises in Xiangtan City.

  ★ Aerial passenger device
  The hydraulic drive system for the aerial passenger device (commonly known as the "hydraulic monkey car") has passed the scientific and technological appraisal of the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the conclusion is to   fill the domestic gap and achieve the international advanced level in technology. Listed as a key transformation project for scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and promoted for   application.
  Received the 7th National Invention and Entrepreneurship Award.
  Pioneered in the development and application of axle breakage protection technology for overhead passenger devices, and has obtained an invention patent.
  We have taken the lead in developing online monitoring and alarm protection technology for steel wire ropes used in overhead passenger devices. When the broken wire of the steel wire rope reaches the scrap standard (10%) specified in the Coal Mine   Safety Regulations, the overhead passenger device cannot be started and operated.
  The hydraulic station for the wheel brake is equipped with a dual pump and dual motor system, achieving one in use and one backup.

  Passive braking technology for shuttle cars: When the shuttle car exceeds the speed limit severely, the shuttle car will automatically perform track holding braking, and the main motor will automatically stop to ensure safety.
  Detection and alarm parking technology for steel wire rope falling off the slope at the current slope change point: When the steel wire rope falls off the slope at the current slope change point, the motor automatically loses power and stops.
  Slope change point anti detachment rope technology: can effectively prevent the steel wire rope from falling off the track at the downhill slope change point.
  ★ Rope traction track type overhead passenger device
  The only revolutionary technological product in the industry, abbreviated as "Rail Monkey Car". It has the advantages of not falling off the road, not speeding, and turning freely on large slopes.
