Recently,at 10 o'clock in the morning,orderly sounds of"come on!Come on!"have been heard from the cutting workshop of Xiangtan Hengxin.It turned out that the Xiangtan Hengxin Union,in order to enrich employee cultural and sports activities and enhance cohesion among employees,organized a tug of war competition for all employees during daily work breaks.
This competition adopts a lottery method to form a total of 6 teams,each consisting of 11 people,with a combination of men and women.The opponents will be determined by drawing lots,with 2 wins in 3 games.Two teams will be arranged to compete in three rounds of PK each day.During the competition,the contestants exerted all their strength and their cheeks turned red,all they wanted to do was exert the power of the wilderness.The team members in the competition were full of momentum,and the cheerleaders were also unwilling to fall behind.They shouted their loudest cheers to cheer for the team they liked,and for a while,the cheers and cheers of the competition filled the team with a wave of adrenaline.Although the contestants'hands turned red and their clothes were wet with sweat,everyone's faces showed happy smiles.After a brief rest,they resumed their intense work.
Through three rounds and five matches,Group 3 ultimately finished first,Group 2 and Group 4 finished second,while the other groups finished third.Each group received a prize of 1000 yuan,800 yuan,and 500 yuan,respectively.
This year,due to the impact of the epidemic,Xiangtan Hengxin had not organized any large-scale team activities before.However,this tug of war competition marked the beginning of this year's cultural and sports team activities for Xiangtan Hengxin.In the future,regular activities will be organized by the party,workers,and youth league to enrich the cultural life of employees and cultivate their positive and upward spirit.
