The defendant Li Guixiang was originally an engineer in the technical department of Xiangtan Hengxin Company.During my technical work at Xiangtan Hengxin Company,I obtained a large amount of technical information from Xiangtan Hengxin Company,and was introduced by the defendant Zhu Zhuangye to work as the head of the technical department at the same manufacturer Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.The defendant Zhu Zhuzhuo is a former marketer of"Xiangtan Hengxin"company.Without completing the resignation procedures,he switched jobs and joined Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.as the general manager of Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.After entering Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the two defendants disclosed the technical information of"Xiangtan Hengxin"company to Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.for use,resulting in serious infringement of the company's trade secrets,including key technologies such as welding drive wheels and horizontal turning devices.After reporting the case to the public security organs,Xiangtan Hengxin Company,after nearly three years of investigation,was found to have committed a criminal act of infringing on the company's trade secrets.After being prosecuted by the inspection authorities,the facts of the crime were established after a court hearing.On September 28,2014,the first instance verdict was pronounced,sentencing the defendants Li Guixiang and Zhu Zhuzhuzhuzhuo to three years in prison each.
