  On April 27,2011,Xiangtan Hengxin Company granted a patent for"welding drive wheels",while Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.also granted a utility model patent for"welding drive wheels with brake discs"on January 9,2013.The patent application clearly added features to the patent of Xiangtan Hengxin Company and should be invalid."Xiangtan Hengxin"applied to the China National Intellectual Property Administration for invalidation of the other party's patent on May 11,2014,and the hearing was held on July 15,2014.On October 13,2014,it was finally declared that the patent for"welded drive wheels with brake discs"authorized by Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.was invalid.
