  On June 25,2014,Yangzhou Best Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.applied to the China National Intellectual Property Administration for invalidation of the patent of"adjustable cableway hanger"whose obligee is[Xiangtan Hengxin Industrial Co.,Ltd.](hereinafter referred to as[Xiangtan Hengxin]),and then the Patent Reexamination Committee of the China National Intellectual Property Administration heard the request,Finally,on January 14,2015,the examination decision was made to maintain the validity of the patent right for the"Adjustable Cableway Hanger"of Xiangtan Hengxin.
