Since its establishment in the High tech Zone of Shaoshan City for 6 years,Xiangtan Hengxin has accumulated tax payments of over 60 million yuan,with an average tax payment of over 200000 yuan per person and an average tax payment of over 1 million yuan per mu.It has also been awarded the highest level"A-level tax credit unit"at the provincial level.

1.Salary and benefits:In 2014,the company purchased complete social"five insurances"and paid a total of 1.585 million yuan throughout the year,with an average of 6340 yuan/person/year.The insurance purchase rate reached 97.51%,and 60 long-term business travelers also purchased commercial insurance.Among them,in 2014,the per capita management of the company was 4151 yuan/person/month(including insurance),and the per capita production piece rate salary was 4130 yuan/person/month(including insurance).
2.Welfare benefits:a:The company organizes all employees to travel once a year.In 2014,all employees were organized to travel to the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River.b:The company organizes annual physical examinations for employees.c:All female employees take one day of full paid physiological leave per month,and the company pays over 100000 yuan in annual salary for this.

2.Intellectual Property:In 2014,the company applied for 45 patents,including 12 invention patents,32 utility model patents,and 1 design patent.So far,the company has a total of 150 intellectual property rights,including 1 PCT international patent,10 authorized invention patents,100 authorized utility model patents,6 design patents,and 33 soft year copyrights.On average,every 100 people own 54 intellectual property rights.

In 2014,the"Hengxin Love Fund"supported 3 difficult employees of the company,18 college students,and more than 140 elderly people living alone in nursing homes,with a total donation of approximately 580000 yuan.
