On September 16th,the 2015 Work Conference and Lecture on Intellectual Property Strategy Layout and Risk Prevention and Control of the High tech Zone Branch of the Shaoshan Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in the conference room of Xiangtan Hengxin.Representatives from more than 30 enterprises in the park attended the training.The lecture was delivered by Sun Zhonghua,an intellectual property specialist appointed by the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau to Xiangtan Hengxin.
Before the lecture,Xiao Pingping,Chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin,introduced the company's recent work and achievements in intellectual property management to the attending government leaders and business representatives.Subsequently,the provincial special envoy Sun Gong gave a basic explanation on the definition,types,characteristics,and importance of intellectual property for enterprise development.Xiao Pingping,the chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin,conducted an in-depth analysis of the relationship and differences between trade secrets and patents in intellectual property rights based on successful cases of intellectual property rights protection in the company.He also shared the experience of Xiangtan Hengxin in patent application,patent application,and intellectual property rights protection.By attending lectures,representatives of enterprises have truly realized the importance of intellectual property in the development of enterprises,and have expressed that they will strengthen the construction of intellectual property work in future work.
Xiangtan Hengxin has a total of 167 intellectual property rights,including 2 PCT international patents,38 invention patents,120 utility model patents,34 software copyrights,and 17 patent protection cases.The company is also a certified enterprise in the national intellectual property management system,a leading enterprise in intellectual property in Hunan Province,and has won honors such as the Silver Award at the National Invention Exhibition,the National Invention and Entrepreneurship Award,and the Excellent Innovation Achievement Enterprise of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in China.
