In order to improve the professional skills of employees and help them establish career development channels,Xiangtan Hengxin has established the"Hengxin Night School".On the evening of April 12th,the first class of"Hengxin Night School"officially began in anticipation of the employees.
In this issue of the"Hengxin Night School"course,senior lecturers and professors from Hunan National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College are invited to give lectures.They plan to teach relevant basic theories and practical knowledge to company employees in three aspects:office management skills,professional technical skills,and processing operation skills.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training,this course was carefully designed and pre class discussions were conducted,mostly through practical case explanations and in class exercises,greatly enhancing the interest of the trainees.After class,the trainees expressed that the course was vivid,easy to understand,and practical.
