On August 24th,Yang Fu,Deputy Director of the State Coal Regulatory Bureau,and Yang Daming,Deputy Director of the National Safety Standards Center,accompanied by Chen Bin,Discipline Inspection Team Leader of the Hunan Provincial Coal Regulatory Bureau,and Zhai Shouzhong,Executive Deputy Director of the Testing Center of Changsha Mining Research Institute,visited Xiangtan Hengxin to inspect and guide the work!
Director Yang Fu and his delegation visited the Internet of Things Information Center,Honorary Exhibition Room,and other places accompanied by Chairman Xiao of Xiangtan Hengxin.They also listened to the work reports of Xiangtan Hengxin's Chief Engineer Ouyang Yang on the safety protection of overhead passenger devices,improvement of track monkey car technology,and the"monkey car"IoT project in the conference room.Subsequently,Chairman Xiao of Xiangtan Hengxin emphasized to Director Yang Fu and his delegation the three safety protections of"online detection of steel wire ropes,high-speed car blocking device,and steel wire rope braking device",and suggested incorporating these three safety protections into the relevant standards of overhead passenger devices.In order to widely listen to and collect suggestions,Director Yang Fu also had discussions and discussions with the leaders and technical personnel of Xiangtan Hengxin,Professor Wang Haiqiao,Dean of the School of Resources,Environment and Safety Engineering at Hunan University of Science and Technology,and experts from Changsha Mining Research Institute on new technologies and products in the monkey car industry.
Director Yang Fu affirmed Xiangtan Hengxin's emphasis on product safety and the personal safety of miners,and hoped that Xiangtan Hengxin could continuously improve technological innovation,promote the progress of the coal mining industry,and make continuous efforts to benefit miners.
Introduction to the"Monkey Car"IoT Project
In 2016,Xiangtan Hengxin,as the only domestic manufacturer of overhead passenger devices,participated in the pilot construction project of the Internet of Things system for important coal mine equipment supervision organized by the Planning and Technology Department of the State Administration of Work Safety and the National Mining Product Safety Mark Center.Responsible for real-time online monitoring of the operation of overhead passenger devices,deep data mining and system analysis,and integration with the security cloud platform.
This project has been successfully piloted in Henan Pingmei Group and Shanxi Jinmei Group.Real time data monitoring and analysis,remote monitoring,and expert diagnosis of underground overhead passenger devices are carried out at the Xiangtan Hengxin Internet of Things Information Center,and the data is synchronously uploaded to the cloud platform of the National Safety Standards Center to achieve safety supervision of the entire life cycle of overhead passenger devices.
