Chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin has been appointed as a rights protection expert by the Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau

  On July 23rd,the provincial specialized course on rapid intellectual property rights protection and the training course for consulting experts on protection assistance,organized by the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Center,successfully opened at the Fenglin Hotel in Changsha.During the training class,the leaders of the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Center awarded the appointment letters of Hunan Province Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Consulting Experts to 47 legal experts including Ma Zhongyi and 31 technical experts including Xiao Gong.
  During the period of 2014-2016,Xiangtan Hengxin carried out intellectual property rights protection work against the infringement of the company's trade secrets by job hopping employees and five patent rights of the company and Mr.Xiao Pingping by peers,and achieved success in the protection.The trade secret case was listed as one of the top ten classic cases of intellectual property rights in Hunan Province,and the patent case was won in the Taiyuan Intermediate People's Court.
  Mr.Xiao Pingping is the founder and senior engineer of Xiangtan Hengxin,who has been engaged in technical development and product research in the field of mechanical manufacturing technology for 18 years.In 2010,he was appointed as a senior expert in the China Equipment Engineering Expert Database.In 2012,he was appointed as a supervisor for practical master's students in engineering at Hunan University of Science and Technology.In 2017,he was selected as a technical expert in the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Expert Database and was awarded the title of"Top 10 Outstanding Patent Inventors in Hunan Province"in the fifth session.
