On the afternoon of March 13th at 3 o'clock,the online exchange meeting on auxiliary transportation equipment technology,sponsored by Pingmei Group,hosted by Xiangtan Hengxin,and co organized by Hunan Provincial Underground Passenger Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center,was successfully held.More than 200 people from the Mechanical and Electrical Department and 29 subordinate units of Pingmei Group participated in this exchange activity.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of this technical exchange meeting,Xiangtan Hengxin and Pingmei Group had preliminary communication and exchange,and collected more than 120 technical issues from various mines of Pingmei Group.Afterwards,engineers from Xiangtan Hengxin classified and summarized the problems,forming the exchange content of this meeting.This exchange meeting was held in the form of a QQ group classroom.Prior to the official start of the meeting,Chen Huaxin,the Chief Engineer of the Mechanical and Electrical Department of Pingmei Group,and Xiao Pingping,the Chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin,gave important speeches.Subsequently,engineers from Xiangtan Hengxin provided answers and solutions to common faults in the mechanical,hydraulic,electrical,and leakage systems of the monkey car and endless rope,And interacted with the leaders and experts of Pingmei Group online.Through more than three hours of communication and exchange,not only has the equipment safety operation management level of Pingmei Group been improved,but also higher requirements have been put forward for the product technology innovation of Xiangtan Hengxin,ultimately achieving a win-win situation between supply and demand.
Although it was during the epidemic period,Xiangtan Hengxin's service did not stop.Therefore,the previous on-site technical exchange meeting was changed to an online technical exchange meeting to ensure continuous product supply chain,service quality does not decline,and equipment operation is free of faults.Every effort is made to reduce the impact on customers caused by the epidemic.
