On June 11,2020,the public announcement of the"2019-2020 Hunan Province Excellent Entrepreneur List"ended,and Xiao Pingping,Chairman of Xiangtan Hengxin,and 19 entrepreneurs in the province were awarded the title of"2019-2020 Hunan Province Excellent Entrepreneur".
It is understood that this event is aimed at implementing the"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Creating a Healthy Growth Environment for Entrepreneurs,Promoting the Spirit of Excellent Entrepreneurs,and Better Playing the Role of Entrepreneurs"(Zhongfa[2017]No.25)and the"Implementation Opinions of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government on Creating a Healthy Growth Environment for Entrepreneurs,Promoting the Spirit of Excellent Entrepreneurs,and Better Playing the Role of Entrepreneurs"(Xiangfa[2018]No.24),According to the Notice of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Hunan Provincial Enterprise and Industrial Economy Federation on Carrying out the 2019 Hunan Province Excellent Entrepreneur Selection Activity,after being recommended by various cities and prefectures(Industry and Information Bureau,Enterprise Federation,Entrepreneur Association),relevant industry associations and departments directly under the provincial government,as well as enterprise self recommendation,the preliminary review and on-site inspection by the evaluation office,review by relevant departments directly under the provincial government,expert review,final review,and other procedures,Select 20 outstanding entrepreneurs from Hunan Province.
