The structure of the brake is divided into 4 groups, each consisting of 2 groups on the left and 2 groups on the right, using oil cylinder opening, disc spring braking, and clamping the two sides of the track for braking. The rail head car, rail tail car, and rail passenger car are all equipped with rail holding brakes. When the brakes are fully opened, the lowest position of the brake hook is higher than the top surface of the track, which does not affect passing through the turnout and various wheel groups.
The brake adopts two control methods: automatic and manual. When the brake acts or the brake pressure decreases, it can be linked with the electronic control system of the rail car, and the brake host will stop urgently to minimize the occurrence of problems.
