1. Description of security protection and control functions

◆ Brake action failure protection

Before starting the motor, the brake must be released, i.e. in a non braking state. If the brake cannot be released in time before the motor starts, the motor cannot start.

◆Overspeed Protection

When the infinite rope exceeds the speed limit or slips, the protection will act and control the infinite rope to immediately stop running.

◆Tension decrease protection

When the system loses constant tension due to reasons such as loose traction wire rope, and the equipment cannot operate safely, the system automatically stops running.

◆Head and tail offside protection

When the vehicle exceeds the parking space but does not stop, the protection action occurs and the control "endless rope" immediately stops running.

◆ Downhill anti running rope protection

In undulating tunnels with variable slopes and high loads, there may be a phenomenon of steel wire rope detachment from the pressure rope wheel, which affects the safe operation of the equipment.
      The anti running rope protection structure at the downhill point is simple, reliable in action, and can effectively ensure that the steel wire rope does not detach from the pressure rope wheel.
